The Heart and Mission behind Alberlees
Inspired by my journey, created for you

I’m Carol Bowser, the founder of Alberlees. My journey through breast cancer and the challenges that came with it played a significant role in the creation of Alberlees. Experiencing hair loss, dry skin, and seeing my grandchildren struggle with eczema inspired me to develop a body butter that would keep skin deeply hydrated and nourished.

During chemotherapy, I lost my hair, and as I transitioned to post-chemo medications, I needed something that would nourish and support healthy hair growth. Since this was during the pandemic and I couldn’t find what I needed in stores, I took matters into my own hands—I formulated my own hair moisturizer and hair serum. These became the first products of Alberlees.

Every Alberlees product is handcrafted, made-to-order, plant-based, and free from harsh chemicals—designed to heal, restore, and empower. This is just the beginning of what I envision for Alberlees—a brand that becomes a household name and a blessing to many.

As a breast cancer survivor, I am committed to giving back. A portion of every sale will be donated to breast cancer support programs and awareness walks.

The Meaning Behind the Name Alberlees

The name Alberlees was inspired by my daughter, Joy, who encouraged me to choose a name that would honor and keep my late father’s legacy alive. My father, Albert Eugene Lee, served in the military and was lost at sea in February 1972, later classified as a POW.

In creating Alberlees, I strive to keep his name and memory alive through my products. My hope is that each item will be a blessing to those who use them, just as his life was a blessing to me. Thank you for your support in keeping his legacy alive.
